As a superintendent for Downes Construction Company, Bill is responsible for the Supervision
of employees on his project, scheduling of day-to-day activities, coordination of work by
subcontractors, implementation of quality control programs and job safety. In addition, Bill very
often meets with the Owner and Architect's representatives to work out problems and to keep
them informed of current events and progress on the project.
