Bill has over 20 years of in-depth experience with electronics manufacturing in the telecommunication, networking and enterprise industries, with the last 14 years at start-up companies focusing on Operations Management, Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing Engineering. Prior to joining OnSite Systems, Bill was the Director of Manufacturing at Caymas Systems, supplying identity-driven access gateway appliances, where he successfully implemented a cost effective full turnkey manufacturing and logistic program from scratch. Before Caymas, Bill held senior management positions at Novera Optics, VINA Technologies, Netro Corporation and Ericsson-Raynet, responsible for launching products from engineering design to initial manufacturing and rapidly expanding into volume production through operational execution, supply chain management and manufacturing engineering performance. Prior to Bill's venture into emerging companies, he spent 6 years in multiple engineering roles at Hewlett Packard, Singapore Optoelectronics Division involved with quality, process automation and yield improvement in a high volume environment. Bill has a BEEE from McGill University. |
