Bill Musman is responsible for ensuring timely and cost effective delivery of Doublestar’s recruitment services. In addition, he serves as lead strategist in assisting our clients identify and implement recruitment best practices in the areas of process, organizational structure, service delivery, sourcing methods, recruiting technology, and metrics/reporting . Under his leadership, DoubleStar has delivered successful engagements at Campbell Soup, Genesis Healthcare, ICG Commerce, Independence Blue Cross, NanoDrop Technologies, Rogers Communications, and University of Penn Health System.
Possessing over 15 years of experience in the recruitment industry, Musman has an extensive background in delivering recruiting services for clients in the life sciences, consumer products, information technology, consulting, and healthcare industries. Prior to joining DoubleStar, he was a Senior Manager with the First Consulting Group (FCG), a provider of information technology solutions for the life sciences and healthcare industries where he held a variety of leadership roles that spanned recruiting, sales, training, and technical consulting. During his tenure, FCG grew into a multinational, publicly traded company with over $250m in revenues and 2000 associates.
Musman earned his BS in Computer Science at Duquesne University. Professional associations include Society for Human Resource Management, Drug Information Association, Delaware Technical Recruiters Network, and the Eastern Technology Council. |
