Mr. Hardman joined NorthMarq Capital in 2003 when NorthMarq acquired the mortgage banking division of Legg Mason Real Estate Services, where he was employed since June 2001. Mr. Hardman is a Vice President and Producer in NorthMarq's Orlando Regional Office. He has successfully originated for a broad spectrum of projects that have included industrial, multi-family, hospitality, retail and office. Prior to joining LMRES, Mr. Hardman worked as a licensed Investment Banker for a large, privately held West Coast securities firm. He was hired to open their new Florida office and originated complicated land based tax-exempt financings. He also worked for many years in Central Florida for SunTrust Bank, concentrating on Commercial Real Estate, Corporate Banking, and Management. He has a degree in finance from Florida Southern College and is a licensed mortgage broker and real estate salesperson in the state of Florida. |
