Bill Hansen is the Vice President and Director of Property Management of Starmount Company. He joined Starmount Company in 1988. Mr. Hansen is responsible for all property management functions including maintenance and security. Mr. Hansen holds a Certified Shopping Center Manager CSM) designation from the International Council of Shopping Centers ICSC) and the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). He has over 20 years experience in retail and property management. Mr. Hansen is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management, International Council of Shopping Centers and Greater Greensboro Board of Realtors. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Parkside, Mr. Hansen is an active volunteer in the Triad community with groups such as the Girl Scouts, Junior Achievement, Greensboro Chamber of Commerce, Greensboro Merchants Association and the Greensboro Soccer Association.
