Tenure with Crosland: Since 1994 Professional Experience As Vice President of Crosland's Land Development Division, Bill conducts market research and analysis, negotiates and acquires land, prepares pre-acquisition feasibility studies, directs conceptual planning, marketing and merchandising planning, as well as amenity planning for new projects. Additional responsibilities include obtaining rezoning and government entitlements and environmental approvals, marketing and selling land and lots, managing residential communities, managing raw land assets inventory, selling land and consulting on a fee basis for outside parties. Prior to joining the company, Gartland was Vice President of Land Development for The Irvine Company. He was previously affiliated with Martin Project Management, Bechtel Corporation and Ebasco Constructors, Inc.
