Mr. Colligan has 25 years of technical and managerial experience in systems analysis, engineering and integration of communications, navigation, surveillance and air traffic management (CNS/ATM), and space programs. Mr. Colligan spent 13 years at CSSI, an analysis, engineering and IT solutions provider, where he was President and Chief Operating Officer. In that role he oversaw all aspects of CSSI’s operations, objectives, strategic initiatives, business development efforts and corporate policies and procedures. Prior to becoming Chief Operating Officer, he was responsible for managing the development and delivery of all corporate systems engineering, systems analysis and IT services to CSSI customers. During his tenure at CSSI, Mr. Colligan was the technical lead of numerous projects with the FAA, DOD and NASA, and provided guidance and strategic planning for CSSI regarding all proposals and business development activities associated with CSSI’s technical business base. Mr. Colligan began his career at Martin Marietta in 1982 as an engineer on Space Launch Systems. He was promoted to a lead engineer on its Air Traffic Systems program two years later and became a technical lead for Transport Canada's Systems Engineering and Integration Project in 1989. After eight years with Martin Marietta, he went to work for SAIC's Defense Analysis Group as a senior systems engineer/analyst. Two years later he was promoted to Deputy Division Manager of SAIC's Advanced Simulation Technology Center. Mr. Colligan has a BS in civil and environmental engineering from Clarkson University and an MS in systems engineering from Virginia Tech. |
