Bill Bayer, President and COO of Newtek Insurance Services, has been in the insurance industry since 1981. He joins Newtek after serving as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for The Glatfelter Agency, a subsidiary of Glatfelter Insurance Group. Prior to his duties at Glatfelter, Bill was Vice President and National Property and Casualty Manager for KeyBank in Cleveland, Ohio, and held several senior management positions with The American Automobile Association in Philadelphia, PA, Washington, DC, and York, PA respectively. He began his insurance career with Prudential as a sales representative, becoming a district manager six months into his tenure there. Bill has significant experience in insurance marketing, agency operations, developing and servicing strategic alliances, and affinity marketing, both from a retail and wholesale perspective. |
