Bill Archer is a graduate of Texas Christian University with B.B.A. in Finance. He has held his Texas real estate brokers licenses for over thirty years. He brings over twenty five years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, title industry and the real estate technology industry.
Prior to joining The John Bowles Company, Bill was the Director of Transaction Strategies at eRealty.com where he created and maintained networks of vendors for their web based proprietary transaction management system.
Before joining eRealty, he was EVP at TitleLink, where he was one of the original founders and creators of the real estate application that was eventually purchased by eRealty. The experience used in creating one of the first web based real estate applications came from his positions as Vice President of Commercial Marketing at SAFECO Land Title and Director of Commercial Disposition for Bright Realty. As Director of Commercial Dispositions at Bright Realty, he was responsible for the disposition of over $75m of office, retail, industrial and multi-family space. |
