Bill was born and raised in San Saba County in central Texas, and received his B.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Texas.
He has been in the medical industry since 1974, and has served primarily in executive positions since 1986.
He is currently the co-founder and principal of the Life Healing Center of Santa Fe, a residential treatment center in the behavioral health field that treats emotional trauma victims. This facility has been recognized as the best resource to treat trauma victims, with referrals coming in from all 50 states and 17 foreign countries. As principal, Bill is responsible for strategic planning, providing direction, and overall support and management.
He also serves on the Master M.U.D. Board at Barton Creek Country Club, and is President of the San Saba Wildlife Management Association.
