Ms. Moy has over 20 years of experience in the field of insurance archaeology. She has researched, reconstructed, and analyzed hundreds of corporate insurance programs in a variety of industries. Client industries include: transportation; pharmaceuticals; manufacturing; energy: oil, gas and chemical; aerospace; entertainment; transportation; engineering; financial institutions; academic institutions; and state and local governments.
Ms. Moy has provided consulting services to policyholders and insurers in litigation and non-litigation matters. She has successfully helped document billions of dollars of insurance and reinsurance coverage provided by domestic and London market insurers and reinsurers. Her work has contributed to the successful resolution of disputes arising from environmental contamination, asbestos, silica, manganese, and products liability, and other mass tort matters. She has worked on many insurance programs with complex corporate histories due to mergers and acquisitions. She has consulted with companies, as part of its due diligence in mergers and acquisitions, in locating and accessing the insurance assets of potential acquisitions. |
