Beverly P. Head, III practices in the areas of business finance, public finance, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Head was born in Birmingham, Alabama. He received his undergraduate degree and his LL.B. from Yale University. Mr. Head was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in 1966. From 1966 to 1969, he served as a captain in the U.S. Army. Mr. Head was the Executive Assistant to the Mayor of Birmingham from 1991 to 1999.
