Betsy has served as Chief Executive Officer of the Company since August 2000 and has served on the Board of Directors since May 2000. She also served as President of the Company from August 2000 through September 2003. From June 1996 through February 2000 Ms. McLaughlin served as Senior Vice President and General Merchandise Manager of the Company. From May 1993 through May 1996 Ms. McLaughlin was the Company's Vice President Operations. Prior to joining the Company Ms. McLaughlin held various positions with Millers Outpost and The Broadway. Ms. McLaughlin holds a B.A. degree in Economics from the University of California at Irvine. Ms. McLaughlin is on the board of Noodles & Co. a privately held quick-casual restaurant concept. She is also a member of the Board of Visitors of the UCLA Anderson School. |
