Betsy Crane is General Counsel of Q Advisors. Prior to joining Q Advisors, Betsy worked with the Denver-based law firm Holland & Hart LLP on a variety of mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions, and technology transfer matters. Later, she worked as an in-house attorney for two Denver-based technology companies. Betsy is responsible for the firm’s FINRA compliance and related securities requirements, as well as general corporate and human resources matters. Betsy received a B.A. in English from Bowdoin College, and a J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law, where she was graduated Order of the Coif. |
