Betsy Bayram is a Portfolio Account Manager based in the Orlando office. Since joining Mohr Partners in May, 2003, her corporate real estate expertise has been dedicated to providing transactional, business unit reporting, and database services to a Fortune 500 wholesale distributor of diversified building materials with over 500 locations throughout the United States. Betsy joined Mohr Partners as a Lease Administrator, responsible for the transactional reporting, lease review, inter-department communications, and database integrity of the transactional efforts performed by Mohr Partners’ on-site Portfolio Account Managers. In 2004, Betsy was promoted to Portfolio Account Manager. At the time of her promotion, she also successfully completed the CCIM Designation Course, Financial Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate. Prior to her relocation from Connecticut, where she was a licensed Realtor for 15 years, Betsy was a Corporate Real Estate Transaction Manager for ADVO, Inc., the nation’s largest home-delivered print advertising company with revenues of nearly $1.2 billion. During her tenure, she had the sole responsibility for the leasing of 65 sales offices, as well as budget reporting and forecasting for all facilities, including 22 production and distribution centers. A graduate of the University of Hartford, Betsy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Organizational Behavior. Betsy began her career in Real Estate with CIGNA Investments, Inc., devoting seventeen years of service to both its Mortgage Production and Asset Management Departments as a Senior Investment Administrator. Thereafter, Betsy continued her commercial real estate career as an Asset Manager for the Bank of Boston.Along with her Mohr Partners’ duties, Betsy is a member of the University of Hartford Alumni Association and is involved in the charity efforts of Heathrow Women’s Club and Charities and the Central Florida Corvette Association. |
