Dr. Betsy Aylin is the Director of Human Resources at Legerity, Inc., a position she has served in since the company's inception in 2000, overseeing the alignment of corporate business strategy with Human Resource programs and services. Prior to joining Legerity, Betsy served as an internal consultant of organization and management development at AMD. At AMD, Dr. Aylin was involved in management consulting, organization change efforts, team building, organization assessment and meeting facilitation. Prior to AMD, Betsy worked for Resource Management International, Inc. (now part of Navigant Consulting, Inc.) as the Director or Organization and Management Development, consulting with utilities worldwide. Dr. Aylin has served as Adjunct faculty at both the University of Texas-Austin, and St. Edwards University, Austin, Texas.
Dr. Aylin received her doctoral degree from UT-Austin, a master's degree from the Episcopal Theological Seminary of the Southwest, and her undergraduate degree from Randolph Macon Women's College. |
