Ms. Bartlett is an associate in Sherin and Lodgen LLP’s Real Estate Department. Her practice focuses on the acquisition, disposition and financing of both developed and to be developed properties, including land use, zoning and permitting matters. Prior to joining the firm, she was an associate at Deutsch Williams Brooks DeRensis & Holland, where she gained substantial experience representing municipalities on a variety of real estate matters, including title disputes, conservation restrictions and various other land use restrictions and ensuring statutory compliance for real estate acquisitions and dispositions.
After graduating from law school, Ms. Bartlett served as a law clerk in the Massachusetts Land Court and as a law clerk to Justice Rudolph Kass in the Massachusetts Appeals Court.
Representative Experience
Handles real estate matters for a large supermarket chain including: development; leasing; acquisition and disposition and bulk sales of store locations.
Handles real estate transactions on behalf of a non-profit community developer related to acquisition, development and financing (including historic, new market and low income housing tax credit transactions).
Handles disposition of commercial property with lease back component for high technology company.
