Beth Turtz joined the firm in 2006 as a partner in the Transactional Department and a member of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group.
Ms. Turtz has over 20 years of extensive experience in all principal areas of real estate law, including acquisition, disposition, finance and leasing of buildings and shopping centers; transfers of undeveloped land; exchange transactions; commercial property management; and conversion and sale of cooperatives and condominiums (including bulk transfers of units).
Ms. Turtz practiced real estate law as an associate with a number of prominent New York law firms, including nearly twelve years at Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt and Mosle, where she became Special Counsel. In addition, Ms. Turtz spent the nine years just prior to joining Duval & Stachenfeld as in-house counsel to a private real estate company, where she was responsible for a sophisticated shopping center practice. As a result of her in-house experience, Ms. Turtz has a great understanding of the specific needs of our clients.
Ms. Turtz is admitted to practice law in New York. |
