Ms. Schulze joined Government Properties Trust, Inc. in January 2004. Previously, she was the Director of Accounting for The Lund Company, a local property management firm. She oversaw the accounting functions for over 70 managed office and residential properties. Prior to working for The Lund Company, Ms. Schulze was in charge of the accounts receivable functions of a 3000 member farmers Co-op in central Nebraska.Ms. Schulze has been the Manager of Accounting since January 2004. She administers the daily property management accounting functions for all properties as well as GPT’s corporate general ledgers. She administers payroll and assists in the Human Resources functions. |
