A leading national litigation consultant and strategist, Beth leads The History Factory’s Business Critical Research practice. Beth works closely with clients to create effective research strategies, workplans and reports pertaining to an intellectual property matter, historical disclosure issue, product liability, risk evaluation and other critical information needs. Beth’s extensive research experience in federal, state, local and corporate libraries, combined with her legal and consulting skills, have enabled her to conduct competitive intelligence investigations in a wide range of industries. Prior to joining The History Factory, Beth was the Founder and Principal of Litigation Research Associates, LLC.
Beth has an undergraduate degree in history from Washington University, a Masters in history and public policy from George Washington University and a MLIS from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. |
