Beth Butler supervises the operations of the Residential Division of EWM. Beth is involved with the development of the management team in the promotion of sales and problem resolution. She also supervises the Marketing Department and Technological Operations and Development Sales Operations. She is the driving force behind the company being the most computer literate real estate company in Florida. Beth joined EWM in 1994 as the Manager of the Coral Gables Office. During her tenure there her recruiting and leadership skills enabled the office to take the lead as the most productive office in Miami-Dade County. After being promoted to General Manager, the company grew from 2 offices to 14 offices in 5 years. The company also branched out into development sales which now encompasses over 3,000 condominium units and $1.5 billion in sales. Beth is a two time Realtor of the Year and is a past President of the Coral Gables Board of Realtors and The Realtor Association of Dade County. Beth was very instrumental in the mergers between the Kendall-Perrine Board of Realtors, the Homestead Board of Realtors and the Coral Gables Board of Realtors. During her tenure as President of the Realtor Association of Dade County, her technological insight provided for the real estate information which can now be found on various web sites, including realtor.com and homehunter.net. The alliance with The Miami Herald and homehunter was the first of it’s kind in the country. Prior to joining EWM, Beth was the District Sales Manager for Coral Gables and a top producing sales agent for the Keyes Company. Beth was also a principal and sales person with Unlimited Properties. Beth's real estate background and her keen insight into the increasing role of marketing and technology in the real estate business make her an integral part of the EWM management team. Beth has a Master in Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University and an undergraduate degree from Auburn University. She grew up in Miami and lives in South Miami. |
