Beth Boulet is the Vice President of Audit for Amedisys. Boulet joined Amedisys when the Internal Audit Department was established in 2002. Since that time, she has served in Staff Auditor and Audit Supervisor positions. She was responsible for starting and developing the internal audit function at the company. As the department has evolved, the role of audit in the organization centers around internal control assurance work, risk management, and corporate governance. Boulet has assisted the company with its Sarbanes-Oxley compliance initiatives in each of the last three years. Boulet has nine years of clinical cardiology experience as a cardiac rehabilitation manager and exercise physiologist. She is a Certified Internal Auditor and a graduate of Louisiana State University (B.S. Physical Education, M.B.A. - Internal Audit Specialization). She also holds a Master of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Louisville in Kentucky. |
