Beth Cheeseman Kearney is an associate in Friday, Eldredge & Clark, LLP's Rogers office and a member of the Labor and Employment practice. Beth has worked on a broad range of labor and employment and general litigation matters, including defending clients against wage-and-hour class actions, wrongful discharge and discrimination claims, workers' compensation discrimination actions, products liability class actions, trademark infringement claims, and construction disputes. Beth has experience in traditional labor matters and in negotiating executive employment contracts. Beth has represented clients in mediations, arbitrations, state and federal courts, and has argured before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Before joining Friday, Eldredge & Clark, Beth was an associate in the Newport Beach, California office of O'Melveny & Meyers LLP.
