Beth Sexton was promoted to Senior Vice President of Human Resources in August 1999 after serving two years as IKON's Vice President of Human Resources. She began her career at IKON in 1996 as a Regional Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to that, Sexton held senior management roles in human resources with CH2M Hill and Norfolk Southern.
Sexton has responsibility for all human resource initiatives related to IKON's workforce, including recruitment, payroll, training, compensation and benefits. Sexton is also Chair of IKON's Diversity Council.
Sexton is a graduate of Virginia Tech University, where she received her bachelor's degree in business management.
