Beth A. Jacobs is an associate member of the Real Estate Practice Group in the firm's Milwaukee office. Beth represents clients in a broad range of commercial real estate transactions including real estate acquisition and development, commercial lending, construction law matters, condominium development and leasing. Her recent experience includes:
Representation of commercial real estate developers in the acquisition, financing and development of real property.
Representation of lender in the negotiation of acquisition and construction loads totaling in excess of three hundred million dollars for hotel properties across the country. Representation of owners/developers, contractors and architects in commercial construction transactions. Negotiation and preparation of office, retail and industrial lease agreements.
Representation of investors and developers in condominium development transactions. Beth was awarded her law degree from the University of Iowa Law School, with distinction, and earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point. Before attending law school, Beth served as an officer in the United States Army, stationed in South Korea, Colorado, Bosnia and Egypt. Beth is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the American Bar Association.
