Bertrand Ploquin is the President of Lydall Thermique/Acoustique S.A.S. and Managing Director of Lydall Gerhardi GmbH & Co. KG. He is located in Saint-Nazaire France. Mr. Ploquin managed the construction and opening of the Saint-Nazaire facility which officially began operations in September of 2004. He currently is based at the Saint-Nazaire plant and manages Lydall’s European automotive businesses. Mr. Ploquin joined Lydall as Financial Controller of the Lydall Filtration/Separation S.A.S. in Saint-Rivalain France in 1992. He relocated to Lydall’s Corporate Office as Project Manager Strategic Research where he participated in the acquisition of Gerhardi GmbH & Co. KG. He moved to Germany in 1999 as Transition Manager of the Gerhardi operations and became Managing Director of Lydall Gerhardi GmbH & Co. KG in 2000. Previous to joining Lydall Mr. Ploquin was a financial auditor for five years at Ernst & Young Abidjan (Ivory Coast) and Nantes (France).
Mr. Bertrand graduated from Nantes Business School (Audencia) in 1988. |
