Ms. Kenny was appointed Corporate Director of Human Resources in December 2002 and in that capacity supervised the Human Resources functions for both Sierra Tucson and Miraval Life in Balance®. In May 2005, following the sale of Sierra Tucson to CRC Health Group, Ms. Kenny became the Director of Human Resources for Sierra Tucson. She first joined the Company in December 1990 and has held various positions during her tenure including Assistant to the President of NextHealth, Inc. (the former parent company of Sierra Tucson), and Corporate Secretary for NextHealth from 1996 to March 2002. Before joining the Company, Ms. Kenny was part of the start-up team for the Greater Tucson Economic Council. Prior to that, she was employed as an Administration Analyst for the IBM Corporation in Tucson. She attended Pima Community College and Northern Arizona University.
