Bert Visser has been both manager and senior consultant with Kepner-Tregoe (KT) since 2000. His primary focus is the design and implementation of KT's results-oriented services and programs. Central to this methodology is harnessing the critical thinking skills of people in organizations throughout the Netherlands and Europe. Bert provides support to a number of organizations where people and process play a critical role. He is particularly experienced in the Manufacturing and Process industries. Bert supports clients through: Strategy formulation and implementation, Analysis and improvement of operational process and human performance/change management, Organizational structure and design, Communications and the work environment, and Employee effectiveness. Prior to joining KT, Bert worked as a senior consultant with Rijnconsult for 13 years and worked on projects including production and maintenance management, urban development, and facilities management. Bert also worked with the National Woningraad for five years where he had responsibility for the development, implementation and management of a maintenance management system, and he managed client services in the call center. He also has previous experience as a project manager and civil contractor with Housing Development Association for the City of Utrecht. Bert Visser has a bachelor of civil engineering and business administration and is certified with SIOO as a management consultant. He also serves as: Chairman of Business Administration with NIRIA, Active member of the NVDO, and Member of the Rotary Club, Ermelo-Putten. |
