Bert Magstadt is a native of Huron, SD. He attended South Dakota State University in Brookings and graduated with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and is a Registered Professional Engineer in South Dakota. For the past ten years, he has been employed at the Watertown Municipal Utilities most recently as the Assistant General Manager. Prior to that he was employed Northwestern Public Service Company. In October 2005, Magstadt joined the GLE team as the Energy Commodities Manager. Magstadt resides in Watertown with his wife and three children. |
