Bernie Too Keller
Profile ; Too Keller is a partner in the Litigation Group, practicing primarily in the area of business and commercial litigation, including personal injury defense and trial litigation. He represents clients in a variety of matters involving contract disputes, business association dissolution, real estate matters, and commercial landlord / tenant matters in both state and federal court. Mr. Keller also practices before a variety of the administrative agencies in Indiana, including the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Fire Arms, the Marion County Environmental Court, the Indiana Department of Insurance, the Indiana Psychology Board, and the Indiana Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission. Mr. Keller also handles criminal matters, including misdemeanor and white collar criminal defense. He received his law degree from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 1998.

Representative Matters
Served as primary counsel for multiple commercial real estate companies and handled lease related litigation, including evictions.
Obtained a defense verdict for an insurance company before a Marion County jury where the plaintiff requested nearly $8 million.
Assisted a real estate company in obtaining approval and variances to complete construction of condominiums and residential housing.
