Bernd has established all company process controls since Alternative Link (now ABC Coding Solutions) was launched in 1996. He has continuously overseen its finances and operations. Bernd currently manages the Company’s intellectual property, including foreign patents (he is fluent in English, German, and French). As Chief Operating Officer, Bernd coordinates operations, logistics, cash flow, product management, and process control. Bernd was certified as a commercial banker (specializing in lending and investment banking) from Deutsche Bank in his native Germany. He received a formal commendation for his service in the German Bundeswehr (armed forces) for his roles in logistics, operations management, team development, and training. After the fall of the Berlin Wall, Bernd managed the startup and staff training for a construction company’s new branch office in the German Democratic Republic (East Germany). |
