Bernie Lanigan, a Certified Public Accountant for the past 30 years, has served as Managing Director and founder of Lanigan & Associates, P.C., Certified Public Accountants and Management Consultants with offices in Thomasville and Atlanta, GA and Tallahassee, FL.He is also Chairman, CEO and co-founder of Southeast Asset Advisors, Inc., a registered investment advisory and consulting firm with more than $1 billion under financial and consulting management; Managing Director and Co-Founder of Cooper, Lanigan & Bryant, LLC, a boutique investment banking firm specializing in mergers, acquisitions and strategic alternatives; and President and CEO of various commercial real estate operations and timberland holding companies.Mr. Lanigan is a board member (Chairman of the Audit Committee) of Ruby Tuesday, Inc., a $1.8 billion NYSE Company and is on the boards of several large private companies including Lykes Bros., Inc. and Guyan Eagle Investments.
