As the co-founder of Gray Peaks, Mr. Asher has served as President and Treasurer of the Company since January 7, 2004.

From January 2001 to December 2002, Mr. Asher was the founder and Managing Director of Tall Trees Capital, LLC, a strategic consulting firm focused on improving revenues for growth and wireless companies.
