Mr. Reverdin advises in the business and finance field on foreign corporate investments in manufacturing, distribution, real estate, agricultural, banking and licensing endeavors in the United States. Mr. Reverdin also has extensive expertise in foreign corporate statutes and has drafted foreign companies laws. In the trust and estate field, Mr. Reverdin deals extensively in international estates with a New York connection and in foreign trusts. He also participates as co-trustee of numerous trusts in the management and investment of trusts together with domestic and foreign banks. Mr. Reverdin has handled several multi-country litigations and is experienced in international arbitrations. Mr. Reverdin is a past president of The American Foreign Law Association. He is a leading member of a number of international professional organizations, a frequent lecturer and the author of numerous legal articles.
