Bernard M. Brown has specialized in providing investment banking and consulting services to the insurance industry for over 20 years. He was a major shareholder of Risk Planning Group, Inc., now Tillinghast/Towers Perrin, the actuarial, risk management and employee benefits firm, prior to co-founding Insurance Venture Partners, Inc.. At IVP he initiated and structured a number of transactions in the insurance industry involving mergers, acquisitions and early stage ventures for some of the industry's major participants. Chatsworth Securities LLC acquired the assets of IVP in 2001 coincident with Mr. Brown joining Chatsworth. Mr. Brown is a graduate of the College of Insurance and has an MBA from the Harvard Business School. |
