Dr. Link has over 30 years of experience in research, marketing, and operations in both large companies and biotech start-ups. Following his Ph.D. studies, Dr. Link worked as a research scientist for ADM, and subsequently joined the DuPont Company in 1968. He spent 26 years with DuPont in research, marketing and management positions including 10 years in international assignments in the Caribbean, Mexico and Europe. While at DuPont, Dr. Link served as Manager of Marketing for Vanson (a Conagra/DuPont Joint Venture) and President of Canadian Harvest USA (a Conagra/DuPont Joint Venture). Most recently, he was Senior Vice President, Operations, for Diversa. He is founder and President of CADENA Associates, Consultants. Dr. Link holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Loras College, Dubuque, Iowa, and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Organic Chemistry from The State University of Iowa. |
