Bernard A. Francis Jr. is the Senior Vice President and Director of Wealth Management. He is responsible for the coordination and direction of Susquehanna’s money management entities under the company’s Susquehanna Wealth Management brand. He also serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Valley Forge Asset Management Corp. and Chief Investment Officer for Susquehanna Trust & Investment Co. both affiliates of Susquehanna Bancshares Inc. Mr. Francis holds responsibility for directing all investment services provided by Valley Forge and Susquehanna Trust & Investment Co. including the supervision and direction of all equity and fixed-income trading activities of the companies and assistance in the determination and coordination of its investment policy.
