Bente Vollan is the Vice President of Field Services and is responsible for developing and leading the company's largest division focused on providing high quality and efficient field services for Fulcrum customers.Ms. Vollan's background includes 20 years in the telecom and software industries where she was responsible for managing all aspects of customer operations, including inventory management, customer service, technical support, fulfillment and order management. Ms. Vollan has successfully built and managed many high performance teams in both start-ups and well-established companies including Aldus Corporation (acquired by Adobe Systems), Visio Corporation (acquired by Microsoft) and Contel Executone Telecommunications. |
