Bennie G. Kniffen is Senior Vice President and Controller for XTO Energy Inc. Mr. Kniffen received a BBA in Accounting from Hardin-Simmons University and a MBA in Accounting from the University of North Texas. He is a CPA. Prior to joining XTO in 1986, Mr. Kniffen served as Director of Audit for Southland Royalty and was a senior auditor for Arthur Andersen. |
