Ben Cohen has 16 years’ experience: 12 years in practice and four years as an appellate judicial clerk. He is Of Counsel in the firm’s litigation group, where he focuses primarily on appellate practice and complex civil litigation.
Mr. Cohen draws on his appellate court clerkships and experience to assist the firm's many top-notch trial lawyers in all phases of litigation.

Ben Cohen's reported cases include:
Bainbridge v. Travelers, 159 P.3d 748 (Colo. App. 2006); established that insurer breached its duty to defend homebuilder on negligent construction claims.
Tuscany v. Western States, 128 P.3d 274 (Colo. App. 2005); obtained reversal of a spurious lien judgment against contractor over disputed mechanics liens.
Edmonds v. Western Surety, 962 P.2d 323 (Colo. App. 1998); obtained reversal of treble damage award against Surety.
