Ben is a research analyst covering the retail property sector and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Prior to joining Green Street in 2005, Ben was Vice President of Investment Research at Wilshire Associates, where he wrote research on asset allocation and capital markets, including REITs. Ben also spent six years as a pension consultant with William M. Mercer, where he passed numerous actuarial exams, and was a research associate at Merrill Lynch covering the retail sector. Ben earned his M.B.A. in Finance/Accounting from the University of Chicago and B.A. in Mathematics/Economics from Boston University. Ben is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder. |
