Benjamin Van Oudenhove has been affiliated with The Mercator Group since 1999 and has worked with Mercator on several projects including EquipNet and eCapitaledge.com. Benjamin is the Co-founder, Chairman and Co-CEO of ProSeed Capital, an international business advisory and investment company headquartered in Belgium. Benjamin is a member of the Brussels Bar and of the New York Bar. He was an intern at McKinsey & Co until December 31, 1999. Prior to that, he worked as a lawyer with the U.S. law firm Covington & Burling. Benjamin received his basic law degree from the Catholic University of Namur (magna cum laude), the Sorbonne, Paris I (summa cum laude), and the Catholic University of Leuven (magna cum laude). He obtained his LL.M. degree at Harvard Law School, where he was a Fulbright and Baker & Mckenzie fellow, and a member of the Harvard Law School Council. Benjamin also took part in several programs on finance at London Guildhall University (cum laude) and the London School of Economics. Mr. Van Oudenhove speaks fluent Dutch, French and English and basic German. |
