Benjamin Uchitelle practices in the Corporate Practice Group in the St. Louis, Missouri office of Husch & Eppenberger, LLC. He practices in the areas of business, international, corporate law, and marine business transactions.
Ben was a Partner with Husch until 1977 at which time he became General Counsel, Executive Vice-President, and part owner of Consolidated Grain and Barge Company. Ben then rejoined the firm in 1991 after Consolidated was sold to two major international companies.
Ben is very active in community service and as a legal educator. He is the Mayor of Clayton, Missouri, the County seat of St. Louis County. He was Adjunct Professor of Law at St. Louis University where he also lectured on State and Local Law. He is also a frequent speaker on various St. Louis regional issues.
