Jeff maintains a broad-based real estate practice focusing on general commercial real estate and financing transactions. Jeff has represented national, regional and local clients in a wide variety of real estate matters, including complex single and multi-property acquisitions and dispositions, retail and commercial leasing, real estate secured financing, existing loan refinance and modification, and land use approvals and zoning relief. Prior to attending law school, Jeff was a licensed real estate broker representing buyers and sellers in connection with commercial and residential real estate transactions in Mid-Coast Maine.

Assisted in the representation of a national private equity fund's acquisition of a sporting goods retailer with business operations in ten states and a global brand
Representation of a national retailer in all aspects of its retail leasing needs
