Dr. Lewin is the founding editor of Cell, a leading international journal in the field of biology. Until 1999, he served as the chief executive officer of Cell Press, the publisher of Cell. He has authored and edited multiple books and scientific publications in the field of genetics, including the classic, best-selling textbook Genes.
