Mr. Chhiba is a lawyer who joined SunOpta Inc. in January 2004 as Vice President and General Counsel. Prior to joining the Company Mr. Chhiba spent 15 years primarily in the information technology industry in identical positions including Corporate Secretary with public and private companies notably MFP Technology Services Ltd. and Sidus Systems Inc. Mr. Chhiba has not served on any reporting issuer’s Board of Directors. |
