Ben, who joined Lindquist & Vennum in 2007, concentrates his practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and general business matters.
Before joining the firm, Ben served as a summer associate at a mid-size Minneapolis law firm; as a volunteer law clerk for a local nonprofit environmental-advocacy group; and as a Spanish-speaking intern and interpreter at the Denver office of the Colorado State Public Defender. |
