Ben Welling concentrates his practice on employment law litigation, representing management in all types of employment related suits, as well as charges before the EEOC and state human rights commissions. He is also experienced in traditional labor law and ERISA litigation issues.
Ben is a member of the State Bar of Florida and authorized to practice in all Florida state courts as well as and the Middle and Northern Districts of Florida. He is also a member of the Florida Bar Association, Labor and Employment Law Section, and the Hillsborough County Bar Association.
During law school, Ben was a member of the Stetson Law Review and a Teaching Fellow in the Legal Writing Clinic. He also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Susan C. Bucklew and interned with the U.S. Attorney's Office, Middle District of Florida. Ben is proficient in Spanish.
