Ben Fryer concentrates his practice on representing management in both labor and employment matters. He represents clients in state and federal court, at arbitrations and before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and National Labor Relations Board. Ben works with clients on a wide range of labor and employment litigation issues, including Title VII, the ADA, employment handbooks and policies, unfair labor practice charges, trade secrets, and wage and hour matters.
He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, Atlanta Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Ben received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2004.
