Ben’s practice focuses on complex litigation, government contracting law, labor law, antitrust and trade regulation. He has extensive jury and non-jury trial experience in both state and federal courts throughout the country, as well as the various administrative Boards of Contract Appeals, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, the U.S. Government Accountability Office, and the National Labor Relations Board. He joined the firm as a partner in 1997 after 18 years of litigation practice in another North Carolina firm and represents a number of large- and medium-size government contracting, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and technology companies. Ben is the partner responsible for supervising the firm's litigation section.
Ben graduated from Campbell University, receiving his B.A., cum laude, in 1976, and earned his J.D. in 1979. |
